In compliance with Part 3, Article 106 (re grounds for the issue of decrees by the President of Ukraine) and Part 5, Article 124 (re compulsory execution of court resolutions) of the Constitution of Ukraine, the Parliament passed a resolution "to recommend that the President of Ukraine should cancel the Decree of 19 October 2007 concerning appointment of Tyberiy Durdynets to the post of Deputy Head of the Security Service of Ukraine Head of the Chief Department in charge of fighting corruption and organized crime.
A relevant Bill was registered at The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine by Reg. No. 3486.
